1- Assembly Authorization:

By approving the assembly of components, the customer authorizes us to open the product boxes and install the parts. Therefore, once the components are assembled, they are considered used and are no longer eligible for return or refund.

2-  Warranty:

Warranty coverage is valid only if the original boxes and accessories are kept. Please do not dispose of any packaging, as it is required to claim warranty for any manufacturing defect.

3- Exchange:

Products can only be exchanged in case of a proven manufacturing defect and must be returned in their original condition with the box and invoice.

4- Order Cancellation Before Assembly:

• If the customer cancels a confirmed order before assembly, a 20 OMR administrative fee will be deducted to cover operational costs.
• If the cancellation is requested after assembly has started, no refund will be issued.

5- Legal Compliance:

We strictly follow the Consumer Protection Laws of the Sultanate of Oman and are committed to providing transparent and fair service to our customers.

6- Important Note:

By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
